To proceed, a modest retainer is required at this stage.

This contract meticulously outlines the scope of work to be undertaken by Eastside Design & Build, along with estimated costs and timelines. We guide you through each step of the contract review process, ensuring clarity and transparency. Upon approval and signing, a modest retainer is required to solidify the agreement.
